Residents and property owners in Marino and Beaconsfield parades mustered in force before the St. Kilda borough council on Monday night, to present a petition signed by 50 ratepayers, urging the council to call for tenders for .the execution of the projected works on the parade; and also to fence in the reserves on the Marineo-parade.
