DISTRICT NEWS. WARWICK (From our Correspondent.) Police Court. (Before J. W. Buckland and R. G Massie, Esqs.) Jonathan Harris v. John Aspinall   This was a charge brought by the Warwick Post- master, against the defendant John Aspinall, for having wilfully loitered on the 24th of January 1859 with her Majestys mails in his possession.         Jonathan Harris, sworn. I am the Postmaster at War- wick. On Monday, January 24th, the mails were made up for Sydney ready for despatch at the Post Office at 6 p.m., I signed the time bill stating in that time   bill 6 pm, leaving the column for minutes vacant so that any number of minutes might be inserted after- wards and locked up my office. They were afterwards delivered to the mailman. I left the office for 10 mi- nutes, and found on my return that the mails had been despatched.
