AH the supply is likely to bo u light one for some time, we would take this opportunity of advising any of our intending sunders to try and got their pigB in a8 soon as thoy can. We quoto extra prime heavy-back fat pigs to 60s; best heavy baconers, 54s 6(1; niedium, 46a to 48s; and light, 30s to 37b. Boat heavy porkors, 28s 0d; medium, 21s to 23h; and light, 17s 6d to 20a. Stores are Boiling woll, and good quality, large frame sorts, being in strong demand up to 16B.-Fob. 16.

Wo quote big heavy yearlings, 48s to 55s j good and heavy, 38s to 45s; prime young vealers, 32s to 38s 6d ; good, 27h to 31s ; small, 20s to 23s 6d ; rough sorts, 7s to 12s. Land Appeal Court. ---? At Darlinghurat, on Wednesday, 8th Feb ruary last, the appeal of M. Considino against tho rooommendation of tho Board, in respect of his special leaso, No. 98/15, Lismore, which was struck out on the preceding day, owing to non appearance of appellant, was re-opened. Con .idino had boon weatherbound on the coast. Mr. James Carroll, land agont, appeared for ap plicant, and argued that tho rent (3s per aore) hxod by the Board waa too high, and that tho length of lease (10 years) was too short, Tho Court upheld Mr. Carroll's contention, and re duced the rent to 2» per acre and increased the term of leaso to 15 years.
