Debate on Cass' Resolution. Gon. Gase lias recently introduced into the U..S._ Senate a resolution to instruct the Committee on Foreign Relations to inquire into the expediency of suspending diplomatic relations with Austria, on account of tho b.irbarous and oppressive treatment of the Hungarian* by that Government Mr. Cass has made a strong speech upon it, urging the proprietv of withdrawing all intercourse with Austria, which has been published at length in some of the papers, and higiity commended/for its ability and ' patriotic sciitimeuts.
