1 Uscela Coaaty Teackm Meet. The Lincoln County Teachers Association met in regular ses sion in the Carrizozo school house Saturday. A number of teachers from various parts of the county attended the session and the townspeople swelled the crowd in the afternoon. The programme was carried out, prac tically as published, though some substitution was necessary. Some excellent talks were made, and the general discussion developed many ideas that will be of benefit to teachers. Lack of space, as well as the absence of notes, pre vents the reproduction of the ad dresses of Mr. McDonald and Dr. Miller, as it docs also of the in teresting discussions of the day.
