SUPREME COURT. CRIMINAL SIDE. John Turner, stealing 2 bushels wheat from Mr. Wade, at Pittwater - Guilty. Timothy Swinscow and William   Wickens, burglary, and stealing in the   dwelling-house of Mrs. Till; and Thomas Thorpe, for receiving the property, knowing it to have been stolen - All three Guilty.     Charles Day, Thomas Rush, and John   Brough, the two former charged with st ealing, and the last with receiving   leather, the property of Mr. Wade of     Pittwater. They were all acquitted. John Wood and Thomas Hill were   indicted for a robbery in the house of Mr. Caldwell. From some insufficiency of evidence they were acquitted, but   detained to plead to another information against them.
