INCIDI)NT IN THE 3ALIKANS. CETTIGNE, Monday Night. An international incident has oc curred. on the Austro-Mjlontenogrin frontier. According to the Montene grin version of the affair, an Aus trian battalion crossed the frontier at Metalja and fired several volleye at the Montenegrin barracks. One Montenegrin soldier was killed and four wounded. The ,.Austrians then occupied Sienokos, The Austrian version differs mat erially, It is to the effect that the Montenegrins tried to stop an Aus trian battalion in. Bosnian territory. to.lItenegro has sent protests to Aus tria-Hungary and to the Great Powers.
