We have heretofore kept our readers thoroughly posted on the controversy be tween the so Called "canalers" and "anti canalers." First, after many atrategio movements on both sides, the Supreme Court decreed that the Pennsylvania and Ohio Canal Company had forfeited its charter, and placed the affairs of the com pany in the hands of trustees for 'final winding up.
