SACRAMENTO HOSPITAL. — At the large adobe building near Sutter's Fort, lately occupied by S. Brannan &. Co. The subscribers beg leave to inform the public that the above large and commodious building having been thoroughly refitted and furnished as a Hospital, is now open for the reception of patients. This is believed to be better adapted to such a purpose than any other house in the country, being spacious, cool, and well ventilatod; and not the Ieast of its recommendations is to be found in a well of most excellent water, lately sunk on the premises. Good nurses and attendants, and a good cook will be provided, and no pains will be spared to supply the establishment with every comfort and convenience for the sick, that can be found in California. New York of the Pacific The city of New York, of the Pacific, situated at head of ship navigation upon the bay of Suisun at its junction with the rivers Sacramento and San Joaquin has been accurately surveyed by Captain P. Hammond, U. S. A. and laid out in the most beautiful and convenient manner, and maps have been prepared by Rowe, Esq. Engineer and laud surveyor, pointing out clearly each and every lot within the surveyed limits of the city, and the proprietors now offer them for sale to the public. Stockton. The undersigned avails himself of this method of offering to the public an opportunity to secure advantageous locations in the town of Stockton. The survey has been made by Capt.
