MISCELLANY, ORIGINAL AND SELECT. The Dublin, Society's botanic garden is unequalled by any in Britain, and besides herbaceous plants, has a classical arrangement of trees and shrubs. A new coinage of pence, half-pence   and farthings, was issued from the Mint in February. The experiment of rusticity by Mr. and Mrs (formerly Mercandoti) Hughes Ball, at Oatlands, has not succeeded, and that lately married couple has emigrated to South America. Miss Cartwright,has written an enter- taining life of her late uncle the Major. Claude Ambrose Senrat, the famous     living skeleton, exhibiting in London, has married an amiable young lady nine- teen years, of age. General Sir P. Ross is appointed Go-   vernor of Antigua, and W. T. Money, Esq. Consul at Venice. The Emperor of Brazil maintains a strict blockade in the River Plate. The Presbyterian form of Worship, prevalent in Prussia, is about to be   changed into the Episcopalia...
