LastThnrsday, Mr. Mowry came down from bin balloon, anil pivo himself np to neighbor, Mr. Carrier, to tale him to Topeka. Immedi ately thereafter. Sheriff Drought, of Wyandotte Comity, toot charge of Mowry.. They came to Troy, and telegraphed to Topeka. asking what tbo amount of tbe bond would be; lint the Attorney-General replied that they tnnst come to Topeka, where the JnMeewonia fix the boud. Tbey therefore went there, and Dronght' turned Mowry orr to tba authorities.
