It really smacks of childishness, to apply a very mild term, this appeal to the Legislature for relief as be tween debtor and creditor. Any debtor who shows a determination to do every thing in his power to pay his debts, will find more relief ffon that very creditor, between whom and him self he wapts the State to interpose, than from all that can be done by Leg islation.
