Sza,-In a recent issue of your paper I noticedthatEnln Bla,a Warragul, andother townships had been appointedpollingplaces for elections for the Upper House. On Thursday afternoon, 16th inst., when your paper arrived, I happened to have leisure to look through it, and was astonished to read first Mr. 'Culloch's address, andthen to notice from a paragraph that an election was being held that day. Being some dis tance from a polling booth, I had not then time toreoordmyvote.
