(TO THIE EDITOR MORWELL AsDERTISER.) SIR,-I beg that you will allow me to call attention to the state of Tarwin street, as it is simply a standing disgraco to the concil to allow it to remain longer in its present condition. On the lower end of the street a watercourse crosses it, and a tolerably small amount of rain causes the water to spread over about 12 or 15 yards in width. There is no way for people liv ing on the south side of the street to reach the town without wading to their ankles in water. Tlis might casily be obviated by a small drain to confine the water, which would confer a considerable boon on those who would wish to reach tho town, like Yours, etc., DRfl-FOOT;
