At a meeting of the citizens of Joliet, iiid at the Court House, on the evening of February lQ.th, 18C2, fur the purpose of making arrangements fur the reception of the remains of Col. Erwin, Geo. II. Wood, ruff was called to the chair, and II. N. Marsh appointed Secretary. After a brief consultation the meeting adjourned until 9 o'clock to-morrow morninC. 9 o'clock, Fin 19. 18G2. The meeting was called tJ order by the chairman, aud on motion of Mr. Goodhue, a eommittee of five was appointed by the chair, consisting of Messrs.
