Our Railroad. ~Tbe Wheeling certificate stated that the pas sage from Philadelphia to * Pittsburgh "invariatly occupied 30 hours." It is dangerous for liars to meddle with facts. On Sunday, n little before 12 o'clock, we met with passengers on the Buckeye Slate just from the cars, who informed us that they had left Philadelphia on Saturday evening at 4 o'clock. They were set down at the depot in Pittsburgh a * few minutes after 11 o'clock, and were therefore only nineteen hours out.
