There are fears for the rafety of the foreign settlement here. Ping-Tu is about 100 miles south of Chefoo, on the Shan-Tung peninsula. Washington, June 30.?The following dispatch from Rear-Admiral Kempff was received at the Navy Department this morning : Chefoo, June 30.?The ministers at P?? kin are given twenty-four hours to leave on the 19th.
