For Showground Camp OTHER CHANGES IN PERSONNEL Important changes in the personel of the training bat talion at the Albury show ground camp, including the ar rival of a new commanding offi cer, have occurred during the past week, it was announced yesterday (Thursday). Lieut.-Col. G. H. F. McMullen . has replaced Col. Duggan as O.C. of the battalion, Col. Duggan ibemg trans ferred to garrison units. Other trans fers include Major Laver and Capt. Hamelet, who have gone to Darley (Vic.). The new O.C. before coming to Al bury opened and closed the ' Colac de pot, and for a month commanded the 2/2 4 th . Battalion, which he moved from Echuca to Balcombe. He was formerly commander of .the 17th Light Horse Regiment. During the last war he was attached to the 3rd Machine.
