NARELLAN'S QUAINT COW. [Newspaper Article] — Liverpool News — 1 July 1937

NARELLAN'S QUAINT COW. She was a modern miss-a pretty vis itor from the city-spending a holiday at Narellan. "Oh. what ji funny-looking cow!" she exclaimed. "Why hasn't it any horns?" "There are many reasons," answered the farmer, "why a cow does not have horns. Some are born without hor»<s, and dc -.wt have any until the late ye^rs of their life; others are de-horned; while still other breeds are not supposed to have horns at all. So you see there aie many reasons why a cow sometimes does not have horns. But the chief reason 1 that this animal doesn't have horns is 1 that lt isn't a cow at all. It's a horse." j
