The assistance is to be rendered to necessitous farmers who would other wiic be unable to purchase seed wheat. Persons who wish to apply for assist anse should do so on the application forms issued bv the department. These nTB now being printed and will be available within a few days. They will bo obtainable on application to the De partment of Agriculture or the local branches of tho Farmers and Settlers' Association, Primary Producers' Union, or Agricultural Bureau.
