At San Antonio, Texas, a father is prosecuting his son for horse steaiing. The epizootic is Spreading rapidly in Texas, and is very fat tal in its effect. A fire broke out in the cotton compress at Houston, Texas, on the 10th, causing a damage of $18,000. The recent storm was very very disastrous to the cotton crop of Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana.
