Many of the prisoners tried in that court are men and women of limited experience, who seem utterly lost and friendless when brought to trial. Yesterday there was just such a case in the court room. Mrs. Elizabeth Sandt, a grandmother, nearly 60 jears old, was tried for making a false affldaiit in a pension case.
