Thc'late »scheming companies have met with no'mercy upon (he occasion, and Ministers, attributing their extent to the excessive circulation of small , ; noies, have promptly taken measures to r check it accordingly. It would certainly a ,. ... _ appear that the Hiperabuwiance of capital and the consequent lowness ol' inleres', had boin ced the trading' community to embark in various speculations yfï-iding a belter, hot a Blower return.
