ffirCOM ING' WrUGGLe' IN ^EU ROPE. The great European struggle is gathering the rorces on both sides for a recommence ment. It is notorious, says the Morning Chronicle, that at the recent Congress in Warsaw, the three monarcbs of Austria, Prussia, and Russia ' have been engaged in concerting a plan for the effective em ployment of their combined military forces, in the event of another success of the Pari sian populace in May, 1852.' There is to he nq violation of neutrality, no invasion of France; *' but it is intended to organize a system of co-operation, under which the Prussian or Austrian, or Russian army may be indifferently made available in cutting- off or treading out the first conflagration which the sparks from a new French explosion may kindle on German territory.1' But there will be a counter-ralliance.
