A CLIP OF WOOL FROM SHEARING SHED TO SHIP. Tlie third Holling regulation provides that one wamplo balo in ovory lot of 10 bales, and undor, is to bo capped. Thin "capping" moans that three sides of tho top of tho balo shall have tho stitches ripped so that tho top, or " cap," can bo thrown back, arid tho contents of tho balo allowed to spring up from tho pressure put on them in tho wool press or dumping press.
