MOItKIS'S PATENT DOOR PLATES. A NEW article hir superior to any thing of the /~\ kinJ ever yet offered to the public, and which Jor simplicity, durability and cheapness, is not cquiilled by any of the old ones now in uie. The advantages these plates huve over the old engraved ouch, is, that they will never turn black or tarnish like those made of silver or brass. They need no scouring with chalk' every week—they will always retain their fine lustre by simply rubbing them over occasionally with a silk handkerchief or piece of buckskin, and wiping off ihc dust that may adhere to the surface. The name in these plates may be changed for a trifle,—the letters which compose it, being movcable,—and any oilier name can be inserted in its stead, by sending thn plate lo the owner of the patent (Henry Seitx, of Marietta, Lnncistcr County, Pa.,) which is another great advantage over Ihc old engraved ones,—which cannot be changed. Any* person desirous of Mich n plute, can obtain one by address...
