An •idjourn ment was taken until Friday evening, May 31, when various committees on By\*wa and Finance will be named. The charter will not be closed for thir ty days and those desiring to become members at the minimum price cau now do so. The Pendo (pension) in surance plan, adopted by the order, is something new iu the line of insur ance and is meeting with approval by those who have given study to the matter. A number of candidates will be initiated at the next meeting of the Council. After the orgau'uation the Council closed and a brcad-and milk banquet followed at Clark's Cafe.
