Meeting of Central West Tex- as Association of Com- mercial Clubs. The Central West Texas Asso- ciation of Commercial Clubs held its monthly meeting in Sweetwa- ter, Texas, July 20th. The meeting was well attended and a very strong propram was pre- sented. The chief speakers of the occasion were Sam H. Dixon, Chief Clerk of the Dept. of Agri- culture and State Horticulturist, J.
