Some time ago the committee of the Tiade.a and Labor Council brought under the notice of the Labor Party. the hardships inflicted on country school teachers in receipt of small salaries by having, during the vacations, to pay full fares on the railwajs, and the coun cil desired that steps should be taken to obtain the concession of half-fares.
