CAPTURE OF KELLY THE BUSH RANGER. (From the Spcckd Correspondent of the Mailland Mtr Patrick John Kelly, as he is pleased to style himself, who Las recently acquired such mi unenviable notoriety by piUagiug townships, robbing mails, and committing ' divers other offences, h:is at last been neatly bagged, and safely lodged in the lock-up upon this township, by senior constable M'Cabe, of the Walgett police, assisted by troopers Murray and Symonds, aid the black tracker. The circuifl.-itanceB connected with his apprehension are as follows:—During the past week the police were doing patrol duty in the neighborhood of Colleraindibri (Earl'i; public-house), some fifty miles from Walgett, and ascer taining that some of the bushranging fraternity were in the vicinity, they determined to reconnoitre very closely.
