QUEENSLAND.         MURDER OF TWO WHITES BY THE BLACKS.             Two men have been murdered on the coast to the northward of Rockhampton by the blacks. The following are the   abridged particulars. A small ketch, named the Kellida, sailed from     Rockhampton with the mails for Port Denson, in the then absence of the   Ben Bolt. After being three days out, the ketch dropped anchor near an island in the Shaw group, and conti- guous to Cape Conway, to wait for the turn of the tide. While here the ketch was visited by some blacks from a neighbouring island who were taken on board and well treated. A sailor, named Millar, went on shore with them to cut a spar, and they brought him safely back. The same man wanted again to go on shore with them, but was fordidden by Mr. Ewen, the master of the ketch. Subse...
