After calling the cases it was found that most of them had been settled -or were almost ready to he. The case of Dan O'hern was settled that of Barney Stoeffel was dismiss- ed Earl Killoran pleaded guilty and was sentenced' to a fine of $50 and «ost or thirty days in Jail. Killoran paid the fine.
