On last Thursday, the 5th inst., the Re? publicans of the Ninth Congressional Dis? trict, of Virginia, met in convention at Bristol, for the purpose of electing two delegates to the National Convention which will meet at Philadelphia on the 19th of June, and to select a Presidential Elector.
