Las Cruces. New Mexico, February, 20. -Fred Iliggins, of Koswell, a special mounted po liceman, arrested taimert Ithein hart and manuel Candelario for disorderly conduct on Saturday night. At the jail Hheinhart told the guard, "Iiook out for this man has a gun!" Tranquilano Lopez, the guard, then grabbed Higgins, who shot him in the groin with a forty five.
