New Brick Plant to be Erected, and the V. & S. R. R. to be Extended. Versailles Greatest Institution. The editor, chaperoned by H. A. Young and vice-president S. V. Tate, made a tttp to Richland Satur day afternoon jvhere the coal and clay plants of the Ouchita Pottery Co. are located. Promptly between 1 and 2 jj. m. we started, a special train hav ing been furnished for the occasion, uid at a speed- something less than forty miles an hour, we were soon there. The first thing we noticed was the improved road bed, which, has been put in good shape at a heavy outlay.
