A coroner's Jury In Newarl? decided Wednesday that Jehn Daly's death was caused by a bul let weubd in the head, inilicted by a colored man in the employ of Geerge Evans, at Martinsburg, Va ' Duly died in the city hospital Sunday, October 0. He was traveling with a circus in Virginia, and was crossing a field which belonged te a weulthy man named Evans, who sought te prevent the trespassing, and stationed a colored boy in the path te Btep all who should attempt te cress. A number of persons are reported killed The cars caught flre and are new burning in the tunncL The sccne of the accident Is at West Manayunk, a suburb of this city, about ten miles distant.
