NOTICE TO DELINQUENT ROAD TAX PAYERS Per resolution and order passed by the Police Jury at its regular session this date. I hereby give official notice that all parties who have not paid their per capita road tax on or before June 1st 1916, will be turned in to the grand jury for their action. Penalty: not less than $5.00 nor more than $10.00 and not less than 5 days in jail, at the descretion of the court, to gether with all cost of prosecution, T. J. Simmons, Tax Collector.
