COL RT OF SESSIONS. Present. Hon. Henry P. Haun Pro*. I «Nf O. P. Stidger, Evj. & sociale Justice. This Court has been occupied in th t transaction of County business during the week. Two points of interest wire decided on Tuesday;—one was ih» ; real estate, sold to third parties sioct the assessment, was liable for the pay mcnt of the poll tax of the original own er; the other was, that the debts of i lirm made in the purcliase of goods can not be deducted from the amountoftbe assessment on those goods. Thomas Ware Wilsoh.—Where is he ? Great anxiety is manifested by the friends of Mr. Wilson to ascertain his •• uhereabouts." A few weeks «m w he was appointed by our worthy County Treasurer, Deputy Tax Collector for Yuba County. It is reported that henry collections were made by the Deputy st Nevada City and neighborhood, viz, to the amount of two or three thou sand dollars, and that the Deputy tin " raniuse'F' with the funds. Cap j tain Dunham from Louisville for Cai ■ ro. burst both her boilers on Saturday at noon, and afterwards burned to the water's edge. i The accident occurred near Walk 1 er's Bar. where she had grounded j but had got off when the bell rang to slacken her speed, and instantly after. , the explosion took place.
