The following is a summary : ....A frightful state of thing* exists in Baltimore. Mob law rules, the streets are barricaded, and houses everywhere loop-holed f&amp;lt; r musketry. Union men, and most respectable citizens, are Hceing with their families for their lives. It is thought that one of the most terrible riots ever known, will commence upon | the firing of another gun. ....Agentleman who passed through Wilmington.
