Thi Colored People Barbrcna etc. The Fourth waa ushered in early yester- day morning by the firing of c.DOoni and anvils the ringing of church bells aud by music from Ilerzog'a excellent band which had been engaged for the early hour by the butchers of the Pecan street estab- lishment. Even a early aa six o'clock there i unusual activity in the city and as the morning advanced people poured in from the country and by ten o'clock.
