Kelly, Vrespectable-looking lacl was charged .'with: insulting behaviour in the yard of St.; Luke's Churchy on Sunday even ing. 1 The police stated that the pri soner and two other lads were behaving in a'disgraceful manner. His Worship severely reprimanded him, and di rected him to pay fine of 20s, -with the -alternative' of seven days' imprison ment.
