31ELBOURUNE CATTLE MARKET. FaT SrEEP.-The supply was a moderate one, only ?2?000 having been yarded, which consisted chiefly of middling descriptions, with a limited proportion of good to prime. The demand waos active throughout, and prices ruled a shade higher than last week's improced rates. Prime cerin red wethers, Its to 19s, a few from 20s to 21s; prime croshbred ewes, from 13 to 15s, a few from 16s to 17s ; prime merino wethers, from 13s to 15s (according to weight) ; good merino wethers, from Ils 61 to 12s Gd; middling do. do. from 8s to ls; prime merino ewes, from s to 10s 6d;: middling do. do. from Gs. FAT LAaaa--2.400 were penned. tood1 to prime qualities were sparingly represented. Competition was keen throughout, at high figures. The majority were cows in full profit, a few of which were of good and first class quality, which faund ready sales at satisfactory prices. Other sorts were about the same as last week. This applies to springers. store, ?nd young stock. We quote: First-cisa and gmrd cws, with calo-s at fort, from £7 5s. to £12 10s; medium and inferior, from £2 l(O. to £5 5s. CALVES:-A very small number yarded, and prices were exceedingly good. Pno MARKEl (25th Jne):--There was only amedinm supply penned. Young pigs, stores, and porkers were not so keenly competed for as last week, therefore uffcered a slight decline. Bacon pigsehowed no improvement on late rates. We quote: Bacon pigs, from 31d to 4;d: porkers, from 4d to 51d ; extra well fed, up to 51id: suckers, fromT s 6d to 1da each; store slips, from 12s to 23s each.
