NO MOTOR LIGHTS. Edward Yarrn Winohrlsca Sim moiiB pleaded guilty to lim ing bnon in charge of a motor car, on which no lights were carried. Constable I'utterson gava particu lars of the oftVncc. On .Ian 15, ho saw Simmons and party in the rnotar at tho junction of Ohurcl} lane aud Witnin-ra Sts. Cht> car had appaiently piven trouble and was standing etill. It was urtor dark, and ihu car carried 110 li«hts. Mr J. Allan Anderson (who ap peared for Simmons) said that the party had been on a shooting trio, and had expected to be back before nightful, but had been delayed by punctures and engine troubles. Simin ma had done oil he could, and had chosen iha back streets as his routo. A fine of 10a was inflicted.
