The population of White Sul phur Springs in 1900 was 427, in 1910, 417. The population of HIar lowton, the metropolis of Meagher county, in 1900 was 0; in 1910.770. This only applies to the corporate limits. Add the railroad yards, and it will exceed 1,000. After the assessment this year the center of valuation of Meagher county, on a north and south line, will be east of Twodot. The cen ter of population at the prese.nt time, on a north and south line, is Harlowton. The distance from the center of valuation to the west line of the county is 88 miles; to the east end, 32 miles. The dis tance from the center of popula tion to the west end of the county is 100; to the east end, 20 mlles. The water will be pumped from this well to the reservbir by a gasoline engine - with a single apting cylinder pump.
