Tbe great Radical party of Giles held a convention at tbe Courthouse on Monday, to appoint delegates to tbe Gubernatorial Convention, and though we were not pre sent in person, a friend has posted us in regard to tbe proceedings. The meeting was composed almost en tirely of colored men, there being perhaps not more than twenty-five white Radicals preseot, --D. G. Anderson was Chairman," and a gentleman from Indiana, named Charpie, acted as Secretary. Tbe commit tee on resolutions, of which Captain King, (C.
