Thi Colored People Barbrcna, etc. The Fourth waa ushered in early yester day morning by the firing of c.DOoni and anvils, the ringing of church bells, aud by music from Ilerzog'a excellent band, which had been engaged for the early hour by the butchers of the Pecan street estab lishment. The "Fourth" was cele brated here by balls and picnics, and every thing passed off very orderly. Notwith standing the many conveniences afforded .''campers" on toe grounds, tner is one greai source of annoyance hogs. Whether these bogs are the depositories of devils cast out of the more intellectual animals, as in an cieat time, I cannot say, but they are cer tainly possessed of evil spirits, to lien of which any of the "seven pUguee" would be preferable. As soon as the lights in our tent are extinguished, and, wearied with a long day's tramp, we fall upon our cots to court "tired nature's sweet restorer," then the bogs commence tbeir attacks upon us.
