Louis, June 11.-There are hun reode of forms of financial planks for the republican national platform at MlcKin ley headquarters in St. Louis and in the hands of McKinley's friends, who will largely determine what the platform ehall be. AS CLEAR AS MUD Platform-Builders Imagine the Voters of the UInited States Are Idiots. THE FINANCIAL RESOLUTION "Skillfully Avoids Reference by Ternm. to Any of the Mooted Ques tions." ST. Louis, June 1G.-The committees were hard at work as soon as the con vention adjourned. The shock of battle which took place in the committee rooms will thunder and reverberate on the door of the convention tomorrow. The action of the committee on credentials in de ciding in favor of the findings of the national committee, save in two in stances, it is believed, will make the con vention brief, and many now believe a final adjournment will be reached Thurs day, Indications are that the sensational climax will come tomorrow when the re port of the resolutions committee is pre sented.
