Michigan. WEDNESDAY EVENING. MAY 21, 1802. THE WA.H. Tbo President Las decided to modify General Hunter's proclamation emancipa ting tbo felaves in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. A dispatch from the floct at Fort Wright, says thai deserters stato that Iho rebel flotilla is reinforced by iho arrival of a new ram called Gen. Price, and the iron-clad gunboat Arkansas, from Mem phi?. By tho Memphis papers of the 13th inst., we learn that Pensacola was evacu ated on tho 12lh, and that a Federal fleet had demanded tho surrender of Mobile. The gunboats Galena, Monitor, Nauga tuck and Port Royal have been repulsed from fort Darling, seven miles below Richmond. The fort is situated on a bluff, 200 feet high, and tho river is temporari ly closed by sunken vessels, among which are reported to be the Yorktown and Jamestown. B Y virtue of liconse and authority to me granted, by tho Probate Court of Ottawa County, and State of Michigan, bearing data April 7, 1862, I iball fell at publio auotion, to the highest bidder, at the premises, Id tha town ihlp of Crockery, in tha eounty of Ottawa and State aforesaid, on Saturday, the 7th day of Juno next, at two o'clock in tha afternoon, all tba right, titla and interest, which John Trick, now deceased, in bla lifetime possessed in and to tba wast half of the north-west quarter of soc tion twenty nine, (29) and tbe south-west quar ter of tba south-west quarter of section twenty, (20) excepting from tbe last described premises o much thereof as lies north of the Grand -River Road, leaving about thirty-four acres, and making, in all, one hundred and fourteen acres, or thereabouts, all Iving in town eight north and range fifteen (15) west, in the county of Ottawa and State aforesaid.
