Meeting of Fire Company So. 3. At a regular meeting of Sacramento Fire Company No. 3, it was unanimously Revolted, That the thanks of this company be tendered to Cant. W. Hutchins, commander of the learner New World, and to Gapt. William C. Annoxfd is the bill to establish a branch of the Mint of the United States in California, which was read a first and second tim« by its title, by unanimous* consent, and referred to the Committee ou Finance. Tha bill is as follows : A Bill to establish a Branch of the Mint of the United States in California: Be it enacted by the Senate and Houae of Representatives rathe United States of America, in Congress assembled.
