Maekney-and Richard Vauglian were fined 20s. and. 5s. fid. costs, and John Ellicombc and Daniel Williams 10s. and 5s. (id. costs. In the biiiall- Debts Court, l eter Moller sued Chas. Tozer for £14 rent of farm. Mr.C. W. Readett appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. O. McKenzie for defendant. A verdict for de fendant was returned. P.
